ABOUT THE GALLERY
Cutting Edge: Art off the Wall is an exhibition celebrating alternative and unconventional art forms. Featuring custom skateboard decks, metalworks, sculptural builds, mixed-media creations, and more, the show highlights artists who push beyond traditional materials and redefine what belongs in a gallery space.
With over 50 pieces on display, this exhibition showcases the incredible talent of artists from across Kern County. Each work tells its own story, offering a glimpse into the individuality, craftsmanship, and creative edge of its maker. From industrial textures to street-inspired designs, the variety of styles makes every visit a new discovery.
Most of the artwork is available for purchase, giving visitors the opportunity to take home a truly one-of-a-kind piece. Cutting Edge is currently on view at the Arts Council of Kern, open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and will remain on display through Friday, March 6th.
